Abraham Selamu is a result-driven development professional with over 10 years of experience in Program Management, MEAL, knowledge management learning, research, analysis, and communication. He had a deep experience and understanding of USAID, EU, MasterCard Foundation, DFID, and other international development programs in livelihoods for Resilience, Education, emergency, health, youth employment, peacebuilding, and innovation fund. Out of which, 9 years in managing different projects. Led the development of implementation plans, Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks, including Performance Measurement, MEAL strategy, MEAL Framework, and tools in projects and Coordinate the development of project-based Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, including M&E plans, tools, program quality system and data collection analysis and reporting procedures and tools ensuring these reflect sector-specific needs and best practices. He also leads data collection - ensuring quality control and preparing monthly M&E-related activities, budget plans, and performance progress reports.
