Kripa Pokharel

Kripa is a result oriented professional with 9+ years of experience on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) and Result Based Measurement systems.  She has experience working with private sectors in agriculture, livestock, reconstruction, and food safety in Nepal. She has worked as a Monitoring and result measurement expert in private sector development projects of Adam smith International and Swiss Contact.  In addition, she has independently conducted outcome assessment for CASA- Swiss contact as a principal researcher (Lead), National consultant- Evaluator for Rbf/Elam Helvetas, and Result Measurement and Monitoring expert for an earthquake reconstruction project for Mott MacDonald. Kripa has an academic grounding in management having completed her master’s degree in business administration from Kathmandu University School of Management.
