Mohamed is a food safety expert and a food processing technologist. With over ten years in the food industry, he worked in small and big food businesses in Senegal and Canada as a food safety manager and food processing technologist. After three years of university, Mohamed has worked for eight years in supporting Senegalese growing food businesses in labeling, formulation, certification, and other quality compliance. He has a varied experience in the dairy industry, meat industry, fruits and vegetables, and catering. Mohamed believes that strengthening people with skills is the best way to make them grow.
