With a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Environmental Economics and Policy, she is skilled in market analysis, data communication, and regulatory compliance. This background, combined with experience working in many levels of food production, has allowed her to create safe and equitable solutions for value chains spanning from hyper-local to global. Caroline previously held positions in sustainable procurement for postharvest fruit and vegetable processing, higher education specialty sourcing, and non-profit development.
