The Women in Supply Chain Forum, taking place November 18–20, 2025, in Clearwater, Florida, celebrates the women who are shaping the future of supply chains. This event brings together leaders from logistics, operations, and business innovation under the theme “Women on the Rise: Strengthening Leadership Pipelines.”

At Food Enterprise Solutions (FES), we recognize that empowering women throughout the supply chain is critical to building more resilient and equitable food systems. Women play essential roles across every stage of the food value chain, from production and processing to transport and trade. Their leadership and participation are key to ensuring food safety, strengthening enterprise performance, and improving community well-being.

Building Inclusive Supply Chains

The Forum’s goal to “advance connections in the supply industry and enhance trending topics that are impacting businesses in this increasingly competitive market” aligns closely with FES’s mission. Through our global programs, we work with food enterprises and entrepreneurs to build safer, stronger, and more inclusive supply chains. This includes strengthening the role of women as business owners, employees, and decision-makers.

When women have equal access to opportunities, resources, and leadership positions, supply chains become more innovative, stable, and sustainable. FES supports this vision through training, technical assistance, and partnerships that help women-led enterprises expand production, access new markets, and improve food safety standards.

Strengthening Leadership Pipelines

The Forum emphasizes that “female logistics leaders are rising up; they’re strengthening leadership pipelines, enforcing a people-first leadership approach, and transforming the way the industry views women in supply chain.” That same transformation is central to FES’s work.

Through our programs, we promote leadership development and collaboration among women in food systems. By helping women entrepreneurs and professionals gain the knowledge and confidence to lead, we are helping to build a new generation of leaders who will continue to advance safe, equitable, and profitable food enterprises.

Turning Vision into Action

While the Women in Supply Chain Forum focuses on global leadership and innovation, FES brings those same principles to life in communities around the world. We collaborate with food enterprises and local partners to improve food safety practices, enhance business performance, and strengthen value chains that connect small producers to expanding markets.

Our projects have shown that when women are supported as leaders, they create ripple effects that extend far beyond their own businesses. From mentoring others to driving community-based change, women in food enterprises are building a more inclusive and sustainable future.

A Shared Commitment to Women’s Leadership

Both the Women in Supply Chain Forum and FES share a commitment to elevating women in business and ensuring their voices are central to the future of global supply chains. These efforts work hand in hand to advance systems that are safe, efficient, and built on shared prosperity.
