This background, combined with experience working in many levels of food production, has allowed her to create safe and equitable solutions for value chains spanning from hyper-local to global. Caroline previously held positions in sustainable procurement for postharvest fruit and vegetable processing, higher education specialty sourcing, and non-profit development.
